A year-long course developed by the National Restaurant Education Association for students interested in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Combines culinary and management skills. Students develop skills in food preparation, knife skills, workplace safety, and prepare a variety of foods. Includes opportunity for 400-hours of mentored work-based learning. Fee: $10 Food Handlers Permit.
