A year-long course preparing students with entry level skills to further their education at a culinary school. Students prepare desserts, baked goods, meat, poultry, seafood, breakfast food, salads, and explore global cuisine. Students create menus and demonstrate proficiency in knife skills. Fee: $10 Food Handlers Permit.
