PRACTICUM IN HEALTH SCIENCE (REHABILITATIVE MEDICINE)is a course that teaches students about musculoskeletal anatomy, exercisephysiology, bioenergetics, biomechanics, posture, exercise techniques, andrehabilitation and performance enhancement. Students will also study basicorthopedic injury evaluation and considerations for working with individualswith chronic health conditions. Additionally, the students will learn injuryprevention techniques through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) andbasic Fascial Movement Taping through RockTape. In addition to classroomlearning, students will have the opportunity to train at local fitness facilities,physical therapy clinics, and orthopedic offices,
