ESOL II is the EL student's English II class. The curriculum for thiscourse is based upon Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. The focusis on acelerated language acquisition in the domains of listening,speaking, reading and writing skills. Materials used in the programreinforce learning strategies and are appropriate for the linguistic levelsof the students and are also cognitively demanding. This courserequires an End Of Course (EOC) Exam. Successful performance onthe EOC is a graduation requirement.
