Manatee School for the Arts – MS Yearbook

This course provides students with hands-on experience producing the school yearbook from concept to completion. Students are responsible for documenting the school year through accurate and thoughtful coverage of student life, academics, clubs, and the broader school community. Instruction includes content planning, interviewing, photography, journalistic writing, layout and graphic design, advertising management, and yearbook distribution. The course emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and responsibility while introducing students to real-world publishing practices.
