The purpose of this course is to enable students to develop knowledge and skills in a variety of traditional physical education activities. Content includes history, terminology, etiquette, rules, correct techniques, strategies, and physical benefits. Physical and knowledge-based assessments are included. An MSA PE uniform and sneakers are required.
