Longview Elementary School – Intermediate Guitar

Intermediate Guitar is offered in $9 ^ { \\mathrm { t h } } - 1 2 ^ { \\mathrm { t h } }$ Grade. Students will enhance their knowledge of guitar technique and music theory skills. Techniques addressed include but are not limited to less common chord progressions, intermediate level barre chords, intermediate level tablature and standard notation reading, major scale forms, and improvisation of lead lines. Students may audition into this course and may take this course for multiple years.
