Students in the fourth or fifth year of a world language have the opportunity to be cadet teachers by working with students who have been absent or need extra help. They also may lead discussion groups in the target language. Students are recommended for this course by their previous world language teachers. A qualified fourth-year student could work with a first-year class, and fifth-year students could work with a first- or second-year class.
