Lincoln High School – Weight Train/Conditioning (Strength & Conditioning)

This course is for highly self-motivated students and gives the opportunity to participate and apply principles of strength training through a variety of activities in and out of the weight room. Areas of focus include muscle endurance and strength but also involve work on power, speed, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, and agility. Activities include core development, proper lifting techniques & a personalized lifting program.
