This AP course is intended to address a very broad interpretation of two-dimensional (2-D) design issues. This type of design involves purposeful decision-making about how to use the elements and principles of art in an integrative way. It is for the advanced student who wishes to seek AP credit through submitting a Portfolio of work for consideration by the College Board. The content will include the advanced study of the elements of design and the advanced study of the principles of design.
