Leodis V. McDaniel High School – Choir: Mixed

Students in this non-auditioned, introductory-level, year-long choir focus on building essential choral singing techniques and musical knowledge while cultivating a healthy choral voice. Beginning choir members develop music fundamentals through vocal tone development, basic music theory, music history, ear training, sight reading, and ensemble rehearsal techniques. Students build a strong and supportive musical community as they prepare a diverse repertoire to perform at concerts, community events, and festivals.
