Do you enjoy staying active, but prefer individual activities? Are you an athlete who would like to improve your flexibility and reduce the risk of injury? Are you someone who hasn’t yet found movement that works for you? In this class you will learn skills that you can take from the yoga mat and incorporate into daily life. Designed for all fitness levels, this class offers an opportunity for you to improve and/or maintain a high level fitness while increasing flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll learn and practice techniques that help manage stress, increase energy levels and connect with yourself.
