Computer Aided Design is a fundamental skill used in most Engineering fields to model physical objects with a computer. Students will learn to use software to create 3D models and virtual objects which can be turned into physical objects using 3D printers and vinyl cutters. Students will complete a variety of projects which will grow in complexity over the year, with outputs which may include 3D printing, CNC work, molds, and laser cutting.
