Practicum in Fashion Design continues to prepare students for careers in all aspects of the fashion apparel industries. Practicum provides a unique experience that allows students the opportunity to participate in a lab-based learning environment to produce fashion, textile, and apparel projects as well as gain business and industry career experiences. Students will also focus on fashion promotion, marketing, and retailing concepts. ● A single credit option is available in cases where there are scheduling conflicts. ● Students may engage in off-campus work-based learning experiences and work with the instructor to arrange logistics. ● There may be costs associated with taking this course. ● Industry-Based Certification available.
