Design I Recommended Prerequisite(s): Business Law Practicum provides a unique experience that allows students the opportunity to participate in a learning environment that combines classroom instruction with real business and industry career experiences. Students will gain academic and career preparation to pursue high demand and high skill careers. This course contains the curriculum necessary for students to be successful to meet the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to obtain a real estate sales agent license. ● Students may engage in off-campus work-based learning experiences and work with the instructor to arrange logistics. ● There may be costs associated with taking this course. ● Industry-Based Certification available.
