Leander High School – CTE Project-Based Capstone: Peer Assistance and Leadership II (PALS)

This course uses the Peer Assistance and Leadership curriculum and allows specially trained students to serve as role models and mentors for students in our district. PALS are trained in listening, communication, facilitation, problem solving, and decision- making skills. In addition, PALs participate in various community service projects. ● A double credit option is available. ● There may be costs associated with taking this course. ● Students may engage in off-campus work-based learning experiences and work with the instructor to arrange logistics.
