Students will have opportunities to learn, improve and analyze their cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. In this one semester course, each learning opportunity will be through a variety of fitness activities, which may include: cardio walking, yoga, low impact activities, meditation, and mental health and stress relief. Students develop the foundation in becoming physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity and wellness.
