Lake Washington High School – 3D Art 1 - Ceramics/Sculpture

In 3D Art – Ceramics 1 students will utilize a variety of hand-building techniques for the creation of both functional and sculptural objects. Class projects will guide students through the process of transforming their original creative ideas into dynamic 3-D forms. Emphasis is placed on creative exploration and the development of technical skills, craftsmanship and personal style. Students will also have opportunities to experiment with other 3D materials such as paper, wire, cardboard, found objects, etc.
