Lake Washington High School – Peer Tutor - Transition Students

Peer Tutors provide support, coaching, and guidance to students with significant disabilities by helping them learn new skills, sharing their own knowledge, and being a good role model. Peer Tutors can help with things like functional academics, social skills, vocational skills, working towards individual goals, and engagement in the school and in the community at-large. Grades are based on daily attendance, attention to the student(s) you are working with, and reflective and/or research-based assignments throughout the semester.
