Data Structures extends the knowledge of object-oriented programming learned in AP Computer Science A. The content of the course is similar to what students would learn in a second semester college computer science course. Students will be able to analyze fundamental algorithms and their relative efficiencies and computational complexities; choose appropriate data structures for specific computational tasks; write clear and efficient code using good programming style; and understand and explain the theory and application of Linked Lists; Stacks; Queues; Hash Tables; Trees; Heaps; and Graphs.
