Klein High School – Latin 1

This course serves as an introduction to the study of Latin as a classical language. Basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are developed progressing toward a novice-mid level proficiency. Communication skills are the primary focus of language acquisition. At the end of Level I, students will be able to express themselves and engage in simple conversations in Latin within the limits of their knowledge of vocabulary and structure.
