Kinder High School for Performing and Visual Arts – Drawing, Figure

This is a course devoted to the issues of figure drawing. Students will be exposed to the long history of life drawing and through images, books and discussions. They will strengthen their drawing skills, observational and expressive, with the use of professional models, creating full-page compositions that will be needed for their portfolios. Junior Concerns Juniors continue to develop their ideas, work on resumes, artist statement, business cards etc. They also continue their journal skills and their life drawing skills.
