Jefferson High School – Comprehensive Automotive Technology

Students will learn the basics of automotive systems such as: ICE (internal Combustion Engine), brakes, tires, and wheels. Activities and projects will be provided by the instructor, but may also be student provided with approval, and will include (but not be limited to): Disassembling and Reassembling a 4 cylinder engine, Disassembling and reassembling an automotive hydraulic braking system, learning to use the tire machine and balancer.
Prerequisites: Introduction to Automotive Technology A & B
