In Insurance Operations, students will understand the laws andregulations in order to manage business operations andtransactions in the insurance industry. In this course students willbe introduced to the vast elements of the insurance industry aswell as learning how to employ underwriting techniques andstrategies to gather, access, and evaluate risk, determine needsand use the decision-making process to respond to client needs.Students apply insurance concepts through a variety of real-lifescenarios.
