In Culinary Arts, students will develop cooking skills by receiving hands on education in food preparation, presentation, and safety. Students will utilize math, communication, time management, and problem solving skills along the way. Students will learn to prepare nutritious meals while developing a professional attitude necessary for competitive employment. This is an alternative second-year option to Culinary Arts 3 and 4.
Prerequisites: Culinary Arts 1 and 2
