This one-semester course provides male students with an opportunity to develop strength and fitness through structured weight training. Emphasizing muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, and safe techniques, students will work with free weights, machines, and plyometric exercises to build lifelong fitness habits. While this class is designed for males, anyone can take it.
Prerequisites: C or better in any General Physical Education class is recommended.
