Horizon High School – Horizon High Theatre

Contact: Ashley.Fisher@ocps.net This is an advanced course designed for students developing their skills as a musical theatre performer with great emphasis placed on singing, acting, and dancing. Students will continue their education by performing tasks to refine skills in all three areas. Students (though not required) are encouraged to take this class in conjunction with Advanced Acting for the most well-rounded theatre education. This course has requirements to enroll: Passed Theatre 1 or can prove mastery Grades 10-12 only Received written consent from Ms. Fisher Students must take at least 1 event to District Thespian Festival in the Fall (events rehearsed in class) Students MUST participate in some capacity in at least 1 mainstage show per year for consideration of continuance in the class the following year.
