Home of the Innocents School – Weinberg Academy Program

Educational services for children and youth in the emergency shelter. Students are evaluated and given assignments relative to the Kentucky Core Academic Standards. The goal is to keep students engaged in meaningful academic activities until they transition to their home school or another placement.
Prerequisites: Students must be referred by Child Protective Services, Department for Community Based Services, Children's Review Program, Department of Juvenile Justice, Impact Plus, or Home to Home. Students are typically abandoned, abused, neglected, or homeless.
