Heritage High School – Practicum in Marketing I (Work-Based Learning)

Students will integrate skills from academic subjects, information technology, interpersonal communication, and management training to make responsible decisions. The practicum course is a paid (job after school hours) career experience for students participating in a coherent sequence of career and technical courses in marketing education. The curriculum will present project-based learning activities that will give the students the opportunity to apply newly acquired marketing skills in real world situations. Students must provide their own transportation to and from their off-campus employment.
