Heritage Elementary School – Aerobics 1 & 2

This course is designed to give students the opportunity to learn fitness concepts and conditioning techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness. This course will include walking, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, ZUMBA and weights. Students will also learn various dance routines to popular music, while having fun and getting fit. This is a class for all fitness levels. Level: Regular
