Health Careers High School – Skill-Based Lifetime Activities
Mar 2026 · 2nd Semester
This course teaches students to develop basic sport skills, sports knowledge, health concepts, and fitness principles. Participation may include but is not limited to racquet sports, kickball, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, pickleball, and frisbee activities. All students receiving PE credit must take Fitnessgram or another fitness assessment to determine cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, upper body strength, abdominal strength, trunk extension, and body mass.
