Haley Elementary – Algebra 1 & Honors Geometry

Prerequisites: This course combines Algebra 1 and Honors Geometry and covers number sense, data analysis, algebra, geometry, design and logic, and mathematical practice. Students will examine rigid transformations, prove geometric theorems, and develop mathematical arguments about the relationships between shapes. They will also learn to use logic, reasoning, and mathematical proofs to evaluate situations and select problem-solving strategies.
