SCHEDULE FULL YEAR. Varsity Jazz Ensemble Level 1 is designed fora 9-12th grader taking his/her 1st year of the jazz ensemble course.Varsity Jazz Ensemble Level 1 is a regularly performing ensemblethat may participate in the UIL/Festival evaluation process.Placement by audition only and with band director approval. Aninstrument use fee applies. Concurrent enrollment in Varsity orNon-Varsity Winds and Percussion or Strings is recommended. The course requires rehearsals and performances that occur outside ofthe school day.
