Grant High School – The Global City: College | PSU Dual-Credit

Why are there so many distinct human cultures? What are the universal commonalities in the human experience? What is the common history of all humans? How have we evolved socially as a species? These questions and many others will be explored in this comparative world history course. Attention will be given to a range of human societies, looking specifically at the Grade(s): 11 - 12 to humans becoming a planetary species. \*This yearlong class will award twelve quarter-hour credits from PsU (students need to pay a fee of about $220 per PSU quarter) that wll be transferable to any accredited institution of higher learning. Students enrolled in the course will have full access to all resources at PSU and affiliated colleges.
