The Advanced Strength and Conditioning class is designed for students with astrong foundation in fitness who want to take their performance to the next level. This course focuseson advanced training techniques, including Olympic lifting, powerlifting, plyometrics, andsport-specific conditioning. Students will learn how to optimize their strength, speed, agility, andendurance through structured programs and individualized training plans. Emphasis is placed onimproving technique, increasing load capacity, and developing functional strength while maintainingproper form and injury prevention. This class also explores advanced concepts in nutrition, recovery,and mental preparation for peak performance. Ideal for athletes or students seeking to challengethemselves, this course prepares individuals for competitive sports, personal fitness goals, and futureathletic training endeavors.
