Students will walk on urban sidewalks and local trails, gaining knowledge in heart rate management, cardiovascular endurance, and core strength. Designed for all fitness levels, this course emphasizes proper walking form and conditioning, including two core workouts each week. Students are required to walk outdoors daily, regardless of weather, and will explore how to set and track personal fitness goals.
Prerequisites: Basic level of physical fitness; ability to walk at a brisk pace.
