of this course is to develop the physical skills necessary to be competent in many forms of movement as it relates to weight training. The integration of health and fitness concepts, correct performance techniques, muscular strength and endurance, anatomy of muscles, various exercises and equipment, personal fitness assessment, nutrition, consumer issues, injury prevention and safety, and the benefits of participation.
