Gateway Education Center – Vocational Education

Students of school age spend a portion of each day focusing on vocational education skills. High school students participate in creating and managing school-based businesses to develop functional skills through Student-Based Enterprise (SBE). Specific enterprises include operating a coffee cart and managing a school-based thrift store (tasks include sorting items, creating displays, and styling). The program also includes service-learning projects for school-based fundraising.
