Garfield High School – Business Law 2

This course studies in greater depth the principles and practices learned in Business Law I. Some of the topics include wills, trusts, and estates; agency and employment law; legal forms of business organization; borrowing money and paying bills. Students will have the opportunities to visit local courts to experience court session in real time, have guest speakers who are professional in the field of law visit the classroom to share industry insights with students.
