This is an intermediate to advanced level course designed to familiarize students with advanced weight lifting techniques. Focusing on power lifts including deadlifts, bench press, clean and jerk and squats, this class is especially appropriate for students interested in powerlifting and varsity athletes seeking to improve functional strength and fitness. Other focus areas will include plyometrics, agility training, and monthly physical challenges.
