Prerequisites: 2A: Students model and analyze real-world and mathematical situations using polynomial, radical, exponential, logarithmic, functions and equations. Prerequisite: 1.0 Algebra 1 credit. AND Prerequisite or Co-requisite: 1.0 Geometry credit. (Note: Co-requisite means Algebra 2 may be taken concurrently with Geometry.) 2B: Students model and analyze real-world and mathematical situations using rational and trigonometric functions and equations. Students use statistical techniques to evaluate linear models for bivariate data and normal models for single variable quantitative data. Prerequisite: Algebra 1. Note: Algebra 2 may be taken concurrently with Geometry.
