Students will have the opportunity to integrate content and knowledge of specific medical areas, such as surgical technology, or medical assisting through classroom preparation and clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Prerequisites: Foundations of Medicine and Health Science and Structure and Functions of the Body must be completed or taken concurrently. CNA certification may be required for some placements
