Flexible Student Support – CNA: Theory and Clinical Experience

Students will acquire the knowledge and skills required to provide basic health care to clients/patients with a variety of health care needs. Instruction includes theory, practical application in the laboratory, on-site observations and planned clinical experiences in several health care service areas. Students will work toward Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.
Prerequisites: Foundations of Medicine and Health Science and Structure and Functions of the Body must be completed or taken concurrently
