Fishers High School – ADVANCED SPEECH: ACADEMIC COMPETITION
May 2026 · 2nd Semester
This one semester or yearlong course is meant as an Advanced Speech course offering supplemental work, research, rehearsal, and presentation delivery in conjunction with HSE’s public speaking-based academic competitions (ex. Speech & Debate, Mock Trial, FFA, DECA, We the People, Model UN). The course follows all Indiana standards for communication, speech and debate and is correlated with specific groups, goals, themes, and purposes of academic competition. Students must be on an HSE extra-curricular team to enroll.
