The Center for Supportive Schools is excited to bring our nationally recognized, research-based, schoolbased, peer-to-peer mentoring model, Peer Group Connection (PGC). PGC is a leadership development and transitional support initiative that leverages the power of older students in high school (11th and 12th graders) to support the transitional needs of students entering high school (9th graders).
Prerequisites: Students at Fairmont, Friendly, and Potomac HS who are on track to graduate on time
Grades: 9-12
