EXCEL Academy – Jazz Band II

Designed to offer students exposure to jazz/small ensemble performance idiom at intermediate level. Performance literature equal to level 3-4 appropriate. Due to performance nature, students must attend all rehearsals and performances during and/or outside school day. Additionally, participation in marching band may be required.
Prerequisites: Approval of Band Director. An audition required. Prior band experience may be required
