Designed to further develop advancement of weight training. Covers developing personal weight training, strength, power, speed, and endurance programs. Students instructed on major core lifts, and not limited to sport specific lifts, running, plyometric, and agility improvement activities. Students instructed in weight control enhancement, weight gaining fads, and nutrition supplements.
