Edward C. Reed High School – Athletic Conditioning/Weight Training

This course is designed for competitive athletes with previous weight training experience. This class focuses specifically on physical and psychological needs in the areas of weight training, flexibility, plyometrics, and performance enhancement skills. Students develop and follow an individualized sport-specific computerized strength-training program.
Prerequisites: Previous weight training experience; Instructor approval recommended.
