The MCJROTC program prepares high school students for responsible leadership roles while making students aware of their rights, responsibilities and privileges as American Citizens. It provides instruction in Leadership Traits and Principles; Military History; First Aid; Public Speaking; Drill; Physical Training; and Personal Appearance. LE 2 is a continuation of leadership training.
