This course emphasizes improving cardiovascular endurance, fl exibility, and overall fi tness levels through a variety of health and wellness activities. Students will design and implement personalized fi tness plans aimed at achieving their individual health goals. The course introduces essential activities such as fi tness walking, running, weight training, aerobics, yoga, Pilates, stability and Bosu balls, resistance bands, and jump rope. The honors course challenges students to design individualized workout plans based on their physical abilities and needs. Designed to inspire lifelong physical fi tness, the course encourages students to plan for and pursue healthy, active lifestyles.
